Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any website or service provided by Your GHL Wizard ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Your GHL Wizard provides done-for-you digital services including, but not limited to: GoHighLevel backend operations, funnel and landing page builds, CRM setup, marketing automation, Shopify development, SaaS development, web design, and related consulting services.

The specific scope of services delivered to each client will be outlined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or statement of work ("SOW") agreed upon prior to engagement.

2. Payment Terms

  • All services are provided on a monthly retainer basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt or on the agreed billing date.
  • Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required platforms, accounts, and assets (GHL, domain, brand assets, etc.)
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure that any content, materials, or data you provide do not infringe any third-party rights
  • Maintain accurate billing and contact information

Delays caused by failure to meet these responsibilities do not obligate Your GHL Wizard to provide compensation or extend the agreed delivery timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, you own the deliverables created specifically for you as part of your engagement. Your GHL Wizard retains the right to:

  • Use general methodologies, processes, and know-how developed during the engagement
  • Display work as portfolio examples (with client consent where required)
  • Retain any pre-existing intellectual property, templates, or frameworks used in delivering your project

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your GHL Wizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to deliver high-quality services, Your GHL Wizard makes no guarantee of specific business results, revenue targets, conversion rates, or other performance outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, traffic, and business execution.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable
  • We will deliver any completed work product in our possession
  • Access to shared platforms and accounts will be returned to you

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that is harmful, abusive, or illegal.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (including GoHighLevel)
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
